Ryan Justin Jackson...

is an author, speaker, and meditation coach, known for inspiring and uplifting audiences. His journey of self-empowerment began when his mother introduced him to meditation when he was just five years old. He continued down the path as he came of age, studying meditation with some of the most renowned teachers in the world, including the late Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese monk and peace activist who was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

 

Ryan has also worked for many years as a communications executive and on-air talent for a handful of Fortune 100 companies, including Disney, AT&T, and Warner Bros. Discovery. His experience working in fast-paced corporate environments has made him passionate about bringing more mindfulness, resilience, and caring leadership to the workplace through his workshops and keynote lectures.

 

Ryan's latest book, "You're in the Right Place: Discovering the Peace, Power, and Joy Within," will be released in 2024.
